FAQ
Do hours roll over if I don't use them?
Studio Pass and Creator Membership hours do not roll over. Studio Pro members may roll over up to 2 unused hours to the following month only.
Can I use my hours at any time?
Yes — members book from the available calendar. You receive a priority 48-hour booking window before the calendar opens to the public, so you always have first pick of available times.
What equipment is available?
The studio includes access to all available backdrops, the styled lounge set, the prep/dressing area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and back lot parking. Renters are welcome to bring their own lighting and camera equipment.
When does my membership begin?
Your membership begins on the date of your first confirmed booking. The 2-month minimum commitment runs from that date.
Can I bring clients or a team?
Absolutely. The studio comfortably accommodates small groups. For larger productions or events, please reach out to discuss your specific needs.
Is there a discount for booking photography services too?
Yes. All members receive a discount on Simura Design photography services booked during the same visit. Studio Pass members save 10%, Creator members save 15%, and Studio Pro members save 20%.
